Since the Inter-Institutional Agreement dictates the split between ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵand another Institution, the Inventor Distribution of royalties is defined by the other Institution for its inventors and by ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵfor its own inventors.
In Sophia , the distribution attributed to ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵinventors must add up to 100% and the distribution to the external inventors from the other institution is set to 0% in Sophia because ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵdoes not dictate the percentage distribution for the inventors associated with the other institution.
The distribution table, below, illustrates how the ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵinventor distribution adds up to 100%, independently of whatever the external Institution distribution is set defined.
