Zoom, a cloud-based video conferencing service, is available to ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵfaculty, staff, and students. This eLearning tool provides easy-to-use, high-definition video/audio conferencing on almost any device.

SharePoint Online is a web-based collaboration tool that allows teams to share documentation, calendars, web-based forms, and more. It is available to ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵfaculty and staff for internal use. SharePoint Online was formerly known as Inside.SMU.

Asana is a project/task management and collaboration platform that is available for a fee to ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵdepartments upon request. This cloud-based system provides powerful tools to manage projects, coordinate team resources, share files and information, and more.

There are a number of different network drives provided and managed by OIT. These drives can only be accessed with ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵcredentials (can not be accessed by a guest).

OneDrive is a cloud storage system included in the Microsoft 365 Apps suite that is available to ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵstudents, faculty, and staff. It is closely connected to Microsoft Office applications and can be used to collaborate with others using Office Online.

Skype for Business is an integrated communication service that includes instant text messaging as well as audio and/or video calls. It integrates closely with other Microsoft Office applications like Outlook.
