Andrew Gray practices complex commercial, civil, and employment litigation at Crawford, Wishnew & Lang PLLC, and is committed to getting justice for his clients. He primarily works with companies and individuals involved in complex civil disputes. His practice has allowed him to represent clients in the real estate, construction, security services, energy investment, technology, transportation, and retail industries. Andrew has represented clients in a wide range of legal matters, including complex business litigation, insurance and liability defense, and employment matters. He has prosecuted and defended a variety of claims, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, fraud, suits on sworn account, quantum meruit, unjust enrichment, invasion of privacy, defamation, claims under the Texas Theft Liability Act, Harmful Access by Computer Act, and Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and claims for harassment and discrimination based on sex, gender, age or disability in violation of state and federal law.

Andrew received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Midwestern State University and his law degree from ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵDedman School of Law. Andrew was an active student while at ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵDedman Law, competing on several trial advocacy teams and serving on the Board of Advocates, serving as a senator for the Student Bar Association, and acting as a student attorney and student chief attorney for the school’s Civil and Consumer Clinic. Some of his trial advocacy experience includes winning 1st place in ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵDedman Law’s Top Gun Mock Trial Competition, winning the Regional Championship of the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Mock Trial Competition, and, as part of SMU’s Civil and Consumer Clinic, receiving a directed verdict alongside co-counsel in a bench trial in Dallas County. Andrew graduated cum laude, was inducted into the Order of Barristers, and was awarded ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵDedman Law’s Fred C. Moss Outstanding Graduating Advocate Award.

Andrew is admitted to practice law in the state of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. He has served as an ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵDedman Law board of advocates coach since 2021, and is a member of the American Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, and Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
