Mary Kay Inc., a leading beauty brand and direct seller in nearly 40 markets, has appointed Deborah Gibbins as Chief Operating Officer at its global headquarters in Addison, Texas.

Celebrating its 55th anniversary, Mary Kay entrusts Gibbins with overseeing the Global Supply Chain, Research and Development, finance, public affairs, and strategic planning divisions. Gibbins, who joined Mary Kay in 2013 as Chief Financial Officer, previously held senior roles at PepsiCo and Arthur Andersen LLP. She is known for her leadership, strategic thinking, and commitment to the direct-selling model.

David Holl, President and CEO of Mary Kay, praised Gibbins for her innovative approach and dedication to enhancing the company's efficiency and agility. Gibbins, a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Business Administration from ƵCox, is also actively involved in various community and professional boards.

She resides in Dallas with her husband and two sons.
